Funds
We elaborate turnkey real estate strategies and structure vehicles for regulated management companies.
We study opportunities between €5m and €100m
investment per asset

Oxygène Invest was founded by David Chataigner and Nicolas Frances, a 10-year long collaboration and friendship, representing together a track record a cumulated 25-year experience with more than €1bn equity and debt transactions executed.

€750m equity and debt transactions executed as head of finance, legal and tax at GDG, a French real estate private equity firm specialized in value add projects, and as advisor to a family venture capital portfolio.
10-year experience in financial advisory, notably as Senior Manager at EY in the Strategy & Transactions department and as a Manager at Cushman & Wakefield.
Graduated from ESSEC Business School, Grande Ecole program with a major in urban economy and law.
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Urban Land Institute.
Nicolas Frances

10-year experience in real estate management and advisory
€500m equity and debt transactions executed and 44 real estate asset portfolio managed as an investment manager at Lokalis, a French Core real estate private equity firm.
5-year experience in real estate advisory, notably Senior Consultant at EY in the Strategy & Transactions department and as a Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield Valuation.
Graduated from ESTP Engineering School, Grande Ecole program, with a major in real estate development.
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
